Simba Series

Simba Series Cased (SSC)

The SSC is a compact, self-contained dust collector built to handle high dust loads. It runs with an integral fan or a base-mounted external fan, and extracts dusty air straight from the source through circular ducting.

Its downflow design slows incoming air so heavier particles separate naturally, while fine dust is caught on the filter media and clean air is released. Automatic reverse pulse cleaning keeps the filters clear without stopping the unit. Collected dust is discharged by rotary valve or collection bin.

Options include explosion venting, anti-static and high-temperature designs, ATEX compliance, and DP pulse controllers and gauges. The SSC suits cement, mining, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, woodworking, foundries and many other industries.

Duma Top Access Plenum (DTAP)

The DTAP is a high-capacity baghouse filter for demanding dust extraction. Its filter bags are mounted vertically and come out through top access doors, and handrails along the top platform make servicing safe.

A base-mounted fan pulls dusty air up through the bags. Dust is caught on the outside and clean air is released. Automatic reverse pulse cleaning keeps the bags clear without stopping the unit. Collected dust is discharged by screw conveyor, rotary valve or collection bin.

The DTAP is suited to cement, food and beverage, mining, pharmaceutical, woodworking, foundries and many other industries.

Simba Series Venting (SSV)

The SSV is a plug-on filter unit built for the high dust loads that come with pneumatic conveying. It mounts on top of silos or bins through a rectangular upstand housing, which keeps the filter bags out of direct contact with the conveyed product. Units range from 7 m² to 60 m², with optional Simba “E” Series integral fans from 0.75 kW to 7.5 kW. Their backward-curved impellers deliver efficient airflow at lower energy use.

As air enters the silo it slows down, so heavier particles settle out naturally. Fine dust is caught on the filter media, and clean air is released to atmosphere. Automatic reverse pulse cleaning keeps the bags clear without stopping the unit, and the dislodged dust drops straight back into the silo or bin with minimal product loss.

The SSV suits cement, bulk handling, food and beverage, grain storage, pharmaceutical, mining, woodworking and many other industries.
